Founded 1981 · Education & Legal Defense Fund

We teach the Constitution, and we defend it in court.

Eagle Forum Education and Legal is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our work has three parts: we publish research that explains public questions in plain terms, we appear as a friend of the court on questions of constitutional principle, and we keep the Phyllis Schlafly archives open to scholars, students, and citizens.

The research ends here. The action starts at Eagle Action.

A 501(c)(3) educates, publishes, and litigates on principle. A 501(c)(4) contacts lawmakers, scores votes, and works elections. Eagle Action carries our research into that arena.

Contacting Congress, endorsements, campaign work, and Abigail Circles all live at Eagle Action.
