### Chunking Rules

- Target size: ~1,000 characters per chunk.
- Paragraph boundaries are kept where possible.
- Metadata is attached to each chunk.
- Embeddings use `all-MiniLM-L6-v2` (384 dimensions) in Qdrant collections.
